I signed up today! Which Grace Case will I receive?
We are currently pre-selling our Spring Grace Case! Your card will be charged on February 29th and your box will be sent within two weeks.
How Much Does The Grace Case Box Cost?
Each Grace Case Box costs $119 plus shipping. Shipping costs are $20 for customers in the U.S. and $50 for customers in Canada. At this time we only ship The Grace Case to the U.S. and Canada.
Please note: Customers outside of the U.S. will be responsible for paying any customs duties/taxes charged on imported goods, as well as any additional fees charged by shipping carriers. Customers with international addresses considered remote to postal carriers will be charged an additional fee at the time of shipping. We do not ship to international P.O. boxes. Subscriptions with international P.O. boxes will be canceled.
What Will Come In My Box?
We work closely with our artisan groups in order to help bring the best items to you at a fair price. Each box includes:
– Four or more unique fair trade items chosen by Ann Voskamp
– A small photographic journal that Ann has written to personally invite you into a life-changing story of how these the items have changed the world, complete with quotes, tear-out printables, and inspiring visual and story
When Will I Get My Grace Case Box?
The Grace Case Box is billed and shipped quarterly. Members are billed on March 1st , June 1st , September 1st , and December 1st, for our Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter boxes. Your Grace Case will ship within 10 days of billing. If you sign up prior to two weeks before a new quarter, you will be charged immediately and will receive the box from the current quarter (for example, if you sign up on April 5th, you will be billed at sign up and you will receive the Spring box). If we are sold out of the current box, you will receive a Welcome Box.
You will be automatically renewed each quarter, but you can cancel at any time.
Something in my box arrived damaged! What should I do?
While our products are quality-checked, sometimes we may miss something or an item will be damaged during shipping. Please email us within 30 days of receiving your package and we will work hard to get you a replacement or exchange it for a similar item. We may request photos or for you to return the damaged item back to us so we can inspect it and communicate any quality issues with the artisan group.
My Grace Case shipped out to me, but I never received it. What should I do?
